Job Summary

GE Aviation seeks a skilled Manufacturing Production Operations Coordinator to oversee daily plant operations, ensuring reliability and consistency on the production line. This role includes Service Shops and requires accountability for the quality of own work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute production according to prescribed instructions.
  • Develop conceptual knowledge of professional discipline, including support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge.
  • Apply general knowledge of business, understanding how work of own team contributes to the area.
  • Resolve issues using established procedures, consulting supervisor or senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions.
  • Collaborate with others to solve issues, developing strong customer relationships for customer-facing roles.

Requirements

  • Basic experience in Manufacturing & Production, comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) for roles in the USA.
