We're seeking a highly motivated Construction Management Trainee to join our team in Southampton. As a trainee, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
  • Support Site Managers in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Produce short-term plans to ensure project programmes remain on track
  • Monitor project progress, including schedules, costs, and quality control measures

You'll be based predominantly on-site but may also work with our Pre-Construction team. A strong interest in construction management is essential, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.

As part of our Industrial Placement scheme, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience, develop technical and professional skills, and build professional relationships. Our programme is designed to provide you with the tools needed for progression within your chosen career.

This role is perfect for students undertaking a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. You must hold a Full UK Driver's Licence with access to your own vehicle.

Estimated salary: £24,960 per annum
