Capital Regulatory Reporting Lead

At Oliver James, we are seeking a highly skilled Capital Regulatory Reporting Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory Reporting team, you will be responsible for leading the UAT testing for capital related returns for the Regulatory Reporting Automation (RRA) Project.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UAT testing for capital related returns for the RRA Project.
  • Train other team members on the transition of project-related tasks from RRA to BAU.
  • Assist in the end-to-end process for capital reporting to the PRA, including preparation, coordination, data review, issue clearance, sign-off, and procedural improvements.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as required by the Head of Regulatory Reporting.
  • Enhance overall governance, reconciliation, and review processes.
  • Improve manual processes to find new ways of automating and reducing risk.
