We are seeking an experienced Welding Inspection and Testing Expert to join our team at Shorterm Group. As a trusted supplier to the rail industry, we offer a comprehensive range of repair, overhaul, consultancy, testing, and training services.

About the Role:

  • Conduct welding inspection and testing services on rail infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address any defects or issues.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in welding inspection and testing
  • PCN (Level II) qualifications in MPI, DPI
  • Desirable: PCN LII VT qualification or willingness to undergo training
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competent in Microsoft Office software
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to gain additional NDT qualifications if required
