We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a valued member of the multidisciplinary therapy team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a well-equipped SEND school.

Your responsibilities will include assessment and intervention planning, group and individual therapy, and consultative support within classes. You will also contribute to curriculum development, develop and implement training for staff and other professionals, and maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will have experience working with young people with special needs, particularly autism spectrum disorder, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be registered or working towards RCSLT and HCPC registration and hold a relevant degree in Speech and Language Therapy.

This is a term-time only position with a salary range of £42,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer excellent benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
