About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Manager to join our team at a leading electronics manufacturer in security and safety-critical systems. As a Hardware Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly talented engineers and making key decisions on the physical aspects of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of electronic products
  • Make key decisions on the physical aspects of our products, including electronics design, production environment, and supply chain
  • Work closely with the supply chain to ensure products comply with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a team of engineers
  • Familiarity with current electronic design (analogue, digital, and PCB)
  • Experience in producing a physical go-to-market product, preferably in a harsh environment
  • Experience in RF electronics is a plus
  • Experience working in battery management, wireless communications, RTOS, and microprocessors is desirable
