Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus 1.5 times overtime rate

Job Description

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team as a Plant Availability Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving plant availability through effective maintenance and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high operational availability and efficient breakdown repair service
  • Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Carry out minor maintenance operations to plant and equipment
  • Liaise with external contractors on specific repairs/maintenance work
  • Keep abreast of changes to health & safety and environmental legislation

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Desirable - Additional relevant qualifications
