About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our specialist airfield civils team in Chester, UK. As a key member of our aviation business, you will be responsible for delivering civil engineering services across all RIBA work stages, including project management, design, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Lead design teams in creating innovative and sustainable civil infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to achieve project goals.
  • Mentor and support junior staff to ensure their growth and development within the company.
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering degree and Chartered status or working towards chartership.
  • Extensive experience in delivering civil engineering services, including technical studies, site investigations, and design of new infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Eurocode and UK Building Regulations, as well as Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
