Consultant Gastroenterologist/Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist/Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Triple West Medical.
About the RoleThis is a substantive or 12-month NHS Fixed Term position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Consultant Gastroenterologist/Nutrition Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our gastroenterology and nutrition services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert medical care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including gastroenterology and nutrition-related conditions.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and other support staff, to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication, surgery, and other interventions, to improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct research and participate in clinical trials to advance the field of gastroenterology and nutrition.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Eligibility for GMC registration is essential.
- Specialist registration is not required, but experience in gastroenterology and nutrition is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
