Biotechnology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Validation Scientist - Immunochemistry to join our Method Validation Team in the Immunochemistry division in the Bioanalytical, large molecule team. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience and be able to work independently, organizing and performing routine to advanced level method validation testing.

As a Validation Scientist - Immunochemistry, you will be responsible for organizing and performing routine to advanced level method validation testing with independence and efficiency.

1. Organize and perform routine to advanced level method validation testing with independence and efficiency.
2. Write and review training materials.
3. Deliver training/mentorship of staff.
4. Provide expert advice on training requirements.

The successful candidate will have a BSc degree in a relevant scientific subject and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Ideally, you will have experience of analysis such as ELISA, ideally in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health cover and contributory pension.
