Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Ledger Assistant to join our friendly Finance team on a maternity cover basis. As a Sales Ledger Assistant, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales ledger work, including raising and checking invoices, posting receipts, and debt collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and check invoices
- Post receipts and manage cash flow
- Collect debts and manage customer relationships
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales ledger or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
