Senior Paediatric Nurse Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Paediatric Nurse to lead a clinical team within a state-of-the-art Hospice in Barnet. This role comes with a salary up to £49,976 and a £5,000 welcome bonus.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Paediatric Nurse with leadership experience to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a clinical team of Paediatric Nurses
- Develop and implement nursing care plans

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
