Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Credit Structuring Specialist to join our Fixed Income and Currencies division in London. This role involves structuring and execution expertise for asset financing transactions, requiring meticulous analysis and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Support: Collaborate with the Deal team to provide expert structuring solutions for complex financing transactions, ensuring seamless settlement and corporate actions processes.
  • Documentation Expertise: Draft and negotiate Termsheets, input review, and execution of transaction documentation, considering all legal aspects.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with colleagues across the Structuring, Trading, and Coverage teams to deliver top-notch results.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
