Duty Store Manager

About the Role:
You will be reporting to the Store Manager and will be a vital member of the store management team. As a Duty Manager, you will take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Your duties will include recruitment, stock control, and maintaining the store's standards. You will also lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team, and creating a fantastic place to shop and work.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year's management experience within the retail sector. You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shift patterns across 7 days a week. You will also need to be passionate about delivering high standards and great results. As a team player with excellent communication skills, you will be able to engage and inspire your team.
