We are seeking a highly experienced Freight Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Heathrow Personnel

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project freight experience, with a focus on events and live projects.

  • Coordinate and manage freight projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and hauliers to secure the best rates and services.
  • Handle key accounts and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Liaise with the finance team to resolve billing queries and ensure accurate customs entries.
  • Monitor shipments from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Provide quotes to clients and handle general customer service and administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

  • Previous project experience in events and live projects.
  • Strong knowledge of all modes of transport, including imports and exports.
  • Excellent understanding of UK customs procedures and regulations.
  • Project freight experience and a strong background in logistics.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 0900-1730.
