Wine Buyer Commercial Lead

As a Commercial Product Manager at Majestic Wine, you will be responsible for delivering an industry-leading range of products to both our store and online customers. You will build both product ranges and services that provide us with a clear differentiation from any competitors and grow our sales, market share, and brand strength.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Commercial Product Range across all categories.
2. Create, with Merchandising, Product Plans for Majestic Commercial to include Commercial exclusives and potential Agency agreements.
3. Work on Commercial brands to maximise Majestic credentials across the on-trade.
4. Negotiate Commercial specific lines directly with suppliers as appropriate.
5. Be the primary product contact for the Commercial team to handle all product and support requests for customers.
6. Work collaboratively with the Commercial Store teams to maximise range performance - source unique products as defined.
7. Deliver the product requirements for all commercial tender opportunities.
8. Deliver the Financial KPI's set out by the business.
Requirements:
1. Experience Buying/selling Wine for the On-Trade Industry.
2. Able and willing to undertake international travel.
3. Highly numerate and able to process complex commercial scenarios quickly.
4. Empathetic and flexible in style- able to accommodate differing styles and attitudes and adjust approach.
