Pet Care Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Care Ambassador to join our team at Vets for Pets. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the well-being of our furry friends.
About the Role:This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week across two days. We require an individual who is passionate about providing great service, working in a team environment, and maintaining a calm and attentive demeanor under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our practice.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, keeping them informed about our services and any additional offerings.
- Manage payments and bookings efficiently, utilizing our online system to coordinate daily routines.
- Previous reception experience is essential, while animal handling experience is desired but not mandatory.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
