We are seeking a highly commercial Contract Manager to join our Energy team at Utility Warehouse Limited. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract maternity cover opportunity.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic ownership for in-life contract management of Energy Industry contracts
  • Negotiate new contracts, variations, side letters and pricing
  • Manage risks associated with the contracts and report on these quarterly
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Drive change in policies in line with business requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in Contract Management and supplier relationship management
  • Ability to provide clear management across contracts, procurement, risk management, and negotiation
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and ability to build enduring relationships
  • Educated to degree level in Business or Law (or equivalent experience)

This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing company that provides utilities to customers. The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
