The Role of a Spa ConciergeWe are seeking a customer-focused and engaging Spa Concierge who is highly customer-centric and takes pride in ensuring guests of the spa have an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The ideal candidate will have a warm, welcoming, and friendly personality and exceptional standard of personal presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the guest's journey around the Spa and maintain the ambience in the pool areas.
- Help guests make the most of their experience in our thermal spa.
- Provide a first-class service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
