Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that meet the needs of children, including swimming lessons for over 3s.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care and education.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to at least Level 3 in Childcare Studies or equivalent.
  • Experience in a nursery setting, with a focus on Early Years education.
  • Paediatric first aid qualifications and an enhanced DBS check.
