About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Concept Onyx Recruitment. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across online marketplace channels such as Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop, as well as subscription services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Management: Manage daily operations of online marketplace channels, including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop, ensuring product listings are optimised for visibility and conversion.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to achieve KPIs and drive sales growth across key third-party marketplace platforms.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase market share, and attract new subscribers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends, and adjust strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, staying updated on platform changes and utilising all tools effectively.
  • Content Management: Ensure marketplaces and subscription services feature up-to-date content and imagery, working with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement retention strategies like personalised communications and loyalty rewards to reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Subscription Innovation: Innovate and improve subscription offerings by collaborating with the brand and product teams to introduce new features and added value.
  • Subscriber Experience: Ensure a seamless experience for subscribers across all touchpoints, from sign-up to renewal or cancellation, addressing any issues through feedback loops.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the email team to streamline the subscription management process, ensuring efficient onboarding, billing, and renewals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings in both marketplace and subscription areas.
Requirements
  • Ecommerce Experience: Experience in ecommerce, with a strong background in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop or any other online retail platforms.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in platforms such as Recharge, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of online consumer behaviour and trends.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive and a can-do attitude.
  • Subscription Management: Any experience in subscription management and any subscription management platforms would be a bonus but not a required skill.
