Job Description

We are seeking a Graduate Recruiter - French Speaker to join our team. As a Graduate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent for our clients.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to final interview and onboarding.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and be able to think creatively to solve complex recruitment challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and selecting top talent for our clients
  • Developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial candidate screening to final interview and onboarding
  • Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
