About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Reception Teacher to join our team at a two-form entry primary school in the diverse and exciting borough of Brent. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Reception classes and contributing to the school's mission to build relationships with parents and provide a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Reception classes and plan engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Provide learners with appropriate points of referral as required
  • Promote a safe and supportive learning environment and adhere to key legislation, regulatory requirements, and codes of practice
