About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Vanquish Fitness. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics for our apparel products, including over prints, placement prints, and other designs.

You will work closely with our Head of Design and other stakeholders to develop graphic stories that align with our brand vision and values. Your designs should be on-trend, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong portfolio of graphic design work, particularly in the fashion and streetwear sectors. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design ideation and concept development of all graphic projects for Menswear and Womenswear
  • Manage own projects conception through to completion
  • Presentation of design evolution and ideation of projects to Head of Design, Head of Brand and VQ founders
  • Collaboration and communication directly with cross-functional teams
  • Communication of needs and production requirements to factories when needed
  • Continued development of design and strategic skills
  • Approval of relevant colour/design-sensitive components of clothing graphic designs
  • Staying up-to-date on current fashion and streetwear trends to ensure a trend-driven offering for the VQ customer
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer who is passionate about fashion and streetwear. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in print and graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work in the fashion and streetwear sectors.

You should be able to confidently present new ideas to senior management teams, have a good creative ability and an eye for detail, and be able to switch between daily tasks and longer-term goals.

You should also have strong knowledge of graphic application, including print design, garment washes, embroidery, and appliqué techniques. Experience of supporting design decisions with insights and keeping commercial targets in mind is also essential.
