Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, with a focus on refrigeration units and air conditioning systems.
  2. Diagnose technical issues and implement efficient solutions to minimize downtime.
  3. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and effectively.
  4. Install new systems as per client specifications and adhere to industry standards.
  5. Maintain health and safety compliance throughout all work processes.
  6. Provide professional and responsive customer service, addressing client concerns and service needs efficiently.
  7. Offer advice on equipment use and maintenance procedures.

Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Catering Engineer or in a similar role with refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  2. Electrical or Gas Certification is advantageous.
  3. Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining refrigeration units.
  4. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  5. A valid driver's license for travel to client locations.
  6. Residency in Kent or the South East region is preferred.
