Healthcare Sales Assistant Role

At The Boots Company PLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Holistic Healthcare Professional. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering exceptional healthcare advice and solutions.

About the Opportunity
  • Delivering Exceptional Care: As a Holistic Healthcare Professional, you will provide complete care to our customers, giving advice on healthcare products and services that meet their needs.
  • Main Duties:
  1. Deliver holistic healthcare advice, helping customers make informed choices about health and wellness products and services.
  2. Actively interact with customers, using The Boots Healthcare Way to ensure they receive the right advice and solutions.
  3. Embody the role of the store's health and wellbeing ambassador, staying up-to-date with the latest products and topics in the health and wellness world.
  4. Promote the Boots omnichannel offering and signpost customers to further solutions (e.g. Pharmacy Services, Online Doctor, Boots.com).
  5. Build strong relationships with customers and local communities.
  6. Refer patients to an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary (e.g. Pharmacist).

  • Energetic and passionate about finding the best solutions for customers.
  • Curious about patients' and customers' holistic health and wellbeing.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and able to interact sensitively.
  • A team player who loves to contribute to the team and store's success.
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable with embracing technology and the omnichannel offering.
  • Commercially driven and focused on delivering a great customer experience.
  • An ambassador for the Boots brand and healthcare, eager to learn about everything health.
  • Prepared to learn and be comfortable in completing a Healthcare training Programme at NVQ2 or equivalent.
