Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician to join our team at TechNichols Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and issues
  • Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of the factory

Requirements:

  • Completed a recognized electrical engineering apprenticeship or hold an engineering electrical qualification
  • Experience of electrical maintenance engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including 3-phase, star/delta motors, sensors, inverters, PLC fault finding, contactors, relays, and servo drives
  • Friendly and adaptable working attitude, with a hunger to learn and progress
  • Proactive work attitude and keen to get stuck in
