Structural Tradesperson - Fabric

Randstad Construction and Property is currently looking for a skilled Structural Tradesperson - Fabric to join our facilities management team.

About the Job:

This exciting opportunity involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric and structures. As a key member of our FM team, you will diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to building fabric, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conduct inspections and preventative maintenance, and collaborate with the FM team to provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric and structures.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to building fabric.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  4. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance.
  5. Collaborate with the FM team to provide excellent service.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000. This role also offers generous benefits and opportunities for overtime.
