Job Title: Adult and Children's Counsellor

Job Type: Full-time

Contract: 39 weeks, term-time

Location: To be agreed upon appointment

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our team at Action Mental Health. As a Counsellor, you will work with Children and Young People to provide safe and confidential therapeutic interventions. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to Children and Young People seeking support
  • Work collaboratively with the Action Mental Health team to deliver services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the counselling service

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree, or Masters in Counselling or Psychotherapy
  • 100 hours post-qualification, clinically supervised practice in counselling children and young people
  • Full current driving licence and access to a car
