Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hospital Director to lead our Guildford Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the operational performance of the hospital, including financial and budget management. Your expertise in delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency will be essential in identifying and mobilizing commercial opportunities.

You will be responsible for driving the Quality agenda, putting patient safety first and inspiring your people. Your experience in independent healthcare, combined with your commercial and clinical expertise, will be invaluable in creating a culture that embodies our 'We care' values and behaviors.

As a Registered Manager and a 'fit and proper person' as defined by the CQC, you will ensure continued development of external support networks and be accountable for meeting all CQC requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational performance of the hospital, including full financial and budget responsibility.
  2. Delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency.
  3. Driving the Quality agenda and putting patient safety first.
