Job Summary
A great opportunity has arisen at Premier Work Support for a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will take ownership of all health, safety, quality and environmental aspects associated with the business.

About the Role
The role involves auditing production and inspecting production equipment and processes to ensure employee training is up to date. You will also create and implement training plans, assess risks and create safety plans, meet company health and safety goals, conduct new starter health and safety inductions, prepare health safety strategies and develop internal policy. Additionally, you will manage accident report records, investigate causes of accidents, near misses and other unsafe conditions, maintain ISO14001, ISO9001 and HSE documentation for audits both internal and external, produce Method Statement and Risk Assessment for site installations, maintain RIDDOR records and KPI's, ensure all first aid equipment is kept safe and up to date, maintain fire drill and PAT testing records, and manage maintenance contracts for equipment with legislative safety requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a proven Health and Safety Advisor with previous engineering/technical experience. NEBOSH/IOSH certification and IT literacy are essential, along with excellent communication skills, presentation and delivery skills, knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices, experience in writing reports and policies, organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and communication skills to explain health and safety processes to stakeholders, be highly motivated and experienced with a strong background in health and safety regulations, have extensive knowledge of HSE standards, risk management, and compliance, and have an excellent eye for detail to identify and prevent potential hazards.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive contributory pension scheme, life assurance, 25 days holiday, birthday and UK bank holidays.
