Senior Utility-Scale Solar Project Coordinator

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee the planning, preparation, and delivery phases of utility-scale solar PV installations, ensuring seamless project execution and compliance with UK construction standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to the UK Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015), maintaining necessary documentation, including Construction Phase Plans, Fire Risk Assessments, and Traffic Management Plans.
- Quality Management: Develop and maintain quality documents, conduct regular quality assurance reviews, and implement corrective actions to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
- Budget and Programme Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure timely completion of project milestones, applying strong project management skills to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in utility-scale solar PV installations.
- Strong understanding of UK construction standards, CDM Regulations 2015, and local authority planning applications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
