Main Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.">
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the care pathway.">
  • Conduct observations, ECGs, weight measurements, and document as required, contributing to accurate patient records.">
  • Support with manual handling and transferring of patients, adhering to trust policies and guidelines.">
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to provide comprehensive care, including assistance with treatment and management of patients.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write clearly and legibly in English.">
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating courtesy and respect towards patients and colleagues.">
  • Willingness to undertake Health and Social Care level 3 apprenticeship.">
  • Familiarity with computer systems and technology, with basic IT skills.">
