The role of the EPR Senior Trainer is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of our new Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EPR at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust.

As a key member of the EPR Team and Education teams, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training to staff members, enabling them to confidently use the new systems.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, providing exceptional training sessions, and supporting the team of Band 5 EPR Trainers. Your expertise in large-scale digital training programmes will be instrumental in making the implementation and adoption of our new EPR a success.

We are seeking an individual with significant experience in training and education, who can effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders. Your ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and end users will ensure that training content meets the needs of all staff groups.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Your passion for delivering outstanding training and support will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

This is a fixed-term or secondment opportunity until 30th June 2025, with the role expected to commence on 6th January 2025. The salary for this position is between £42,939 and £50,697 per annum, inclusive.
