About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Falcon at Warmington. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the pub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist the Pub Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub, including managing budgets, inventory, and staff rotas.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of menus, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security within the pub.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or similar role in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage management, customer service, and staff management.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
