About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Audit Leadership Role professional to join our Corporate Audit team in Maidstone, Kent, UK. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading and managing fieldwork on clients' sites, ensuring smooth delivery of the Audit process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deliver work to the highest quality, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Provide coaching and training to junior members of staff, promoting their growth and development within the firm.
  • Lead and manage fieldwork on clients' sites, including liaison with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of the Audit process.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CA qualification essential.
  • Solid foundation of auditing experience and different accounting standards.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A passion for client service and a keenness to further personal development and meet career ambitions.
