We are currently seeking a dedicated M&E Administrator / Coordinator to support our operations at RGB Network. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative processes within the facilities management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and manage customer inquiries and job requests through various communication channels.
- Ensure accurate logging of jobs and timely escalation to meet service level agreements.
- Maintain and update the operational systems to reflect current job statuses.
- Communicate effectively with Engineers, Contract teams, Subcontractors, and Clients regarding job progress.
- Handle varying workloads in a shared email environment.
- Investigate customer inquiries promptly and provide appropriate feedback.
- Monitor outstanding job sheets and generate backlog reports to keep the system current.
- Close Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) jobs efficiently.
- Generate purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a Helpdesk role within a Facilities Management environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comprehensive IT system training will be provided.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- A flexible team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Compensation Package:
Salary range of 25K – 30K, commensurate with experience. Standard working hours are flexible between 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, with a five-day office-based schedule. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a pension contribution.
