Examination Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilator. As a key member of our examination process, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of exams, maintaining a respectful and supportive environment, and upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and collect exam materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Admit students to the exam hall/room and maintain a calm and composed demeanor
• Invigilate exams, monitoring student behavior and maintaining a fair and impartial environment
• Read and scribe for students as needed, demonstrating empathy and understanding

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
• High level of integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
