Job Opportunity: Contentious Construction Lawyer

Konexo Legal Resourcing, a leading alternative legal services division of Eversheds Sutherland, is seeking an experienced Contentious Construction Lawyer to join our team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in construction litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of PQE experience and a proven track record of advising on construction disputes, including standard form contracts and insurance-related claims.

As a Contentious Construction Lawyer with Konexo Legal Resourcing, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, advising clients on complex construction disputes and providing expert legal advice. You will also have access to our extensive network of clients and partners, as well as our state-of-the-art knowledge systems and training resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative forms of dispute resolution
  • Manage a varied workload with minimal direction, with effective legal risk management and escalation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in construction law
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of PQE experience as a Contentious Construction Lawyer
  • Strong background in construction litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
  • Proven track record of advising on construction disputes, including standard form contracts and insurance-related claims
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
