Requirements:

  • Curriculum Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum, with the ability to adapt to the needs of students.
  • Teaching Assistant Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting, with a strong track record of supporting student learning.
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable, but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting the learning journey of students.
  • SEN Experience: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable.
