Mobile Multi Skilled Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Technician with a HVAC bias to provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
  • Provide a flexible approach to work and working hours, with a pro-active and positive attitude.
  • Effectively prioritize your own workload while assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.
  • Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required in the scope of the contract.
  • Ensure that the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance activities of building maintenance are completed in line with contractual obligations.
  • Anticipate, diagnose, and repair faults, recording accurately on work sheets and computer-based system.
  • Complete any ADHOC duties assigned and ensure all building fabric elements are functional and operational within design parameters.

Requirements:

  • Time served apprenticeships or an equivalent NVQ qualification in Carpentry and/or Joinery.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance.
  • Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg, ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights, and hold a full UK driving license.
