About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at the Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing specialist physiotherapy services to patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions.

Your primary objective will be to perform thorough assessments, develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.

You will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community environments, and participate in service evaluation and development.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Liaise with other agencies to ensure effective planning and delivery of patient care
  • Contribute to service evaluation and development initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Member of relevant special interest group
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
