The Institute of the Motor Industry Limited is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team in Tunbridge Wells. - Flexibility to cover absences in similar roles is essential.
- Basic computer skills are mandatory.
- Desirable qualifications include some mechanical knowledge and proficiency in Word processing/spreadsheet software.
- Smart appearance is an essential requirement.
- Excellent telephone etiquette is crucial.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
- Ability to deal with challenging, impatient, or distressed individuals.
Earnings: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience.
