The People's Partnership is seeking a skilled Risk Business Advisor to join our team. As a Risk Business Advisor, you will provide valuable insights and challenge to business leaders to ensure the development and delivery of strategically aligned and risk-disciplined plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to department leadership, providing critical thinking and supporting decision-making processes
• Collaborate with leadership teams in the creation of risk assessments and scenario analysis
• Monitor risk exposure against appetite, identifying variances and providing recommendations for optimisation
• Support the central Risk team in creating board packs and ad hoc MI to drive business understanding

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a first- or second-line risk role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft applications and GRC systems
• A team player who can collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to achieve objectives
• Experience of challenging and changing the business
