Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Financial Crime Risk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing financial crime and compliance risks in the Corporate Bank and Investment Bank, ensuring key controls and procedures are in place to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements, and providing leadership on strategic anti-financial crime programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess financial crime and compliance risks in the Corporate Bank and Investment Bank, including oversight of holistic risk appetite frameworks and reinforcement of a risk-oriented culture.
  • Ensure key controls and procedures are in place to satisfy financial crime and compliance related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership on strategic anti-financial crime programs, including consideration and adoption of new tools and technologies aiding preventative controls.
  • Oversight the Sensitive Client Framework and lead the Financial Crime Risk Culture & Training program.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulators and monitors, to ensure effective engagement and response.
