Job Opportunity

Avencia Consulting is seeking a skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a globally recognized Insurance Company, providing a high-quality client and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the hiring community and HR stakeholders, ensuring the effectiveness of day-to-day recruitment activity.
  • Manage and source a variety of roles, working closely with Avencia's Resourcing team in Manchester.
  • Develop relationships with Hiring Managers and Client stakeholders, including HR, to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Partner with external agencies to support delivery of the service and add value by sharing trends and market knowledge with stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain high-level NPS scores from hiring manager feedback surveys and ensure the accuracy of Talentlink (company ATS).

Requirements

  • Previous internal, RPO, or agency experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
  • Able to deliver a positive client and candidate experience.
  • Effective relationship management skills with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • A structured and organized approach to managing multiple recruitment vacancies.
  • Ability to manage expectations and time effectively while maintaining a client-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and influencing internal and external stakeholders to deliver recruitment best practice.
