Audit and Accounts Partner Designate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Accounts Partner Designate to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced accountants and overseeing the delivery of audit and accounts services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced accountants and manage the delivery of audit and accounts services.
  • Oversee a significant and diverse client portfolio, striving for service excellence.
  • Build trusted client relationships and provide proactive problem-solving.
  • Work closely with Partners to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
  • Support the team with the completion of audit and accounts projects.
  • Review the work of junior team members and provide constructive mentorship.
  • Provide training opportunities for the team and nurture talent and development.
  • Scope new business opportunities by representing the firm at networking events.
  • Identify new service lines for clients and oversee accounts with a commercial mindset.
  • Set an example to the team as an integral senior team member.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Partner Designate to lead an experienced and dynamic team, making a real mark as part of a forward-thinking firm. We are looking for a candidate with an impressive audit and accounts career to date, with demonstrable experience of overseeing a team and a solid commercial understanding to support the firm's strategic direction.
