About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sustainability Compliance Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant regulations and standards, while also identifying opportunities for improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our regulatory affairs team to ensure that we are meeting all of our compliance obligations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce our environmental impact and improve our sustainability performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise regulatory compliance with the UK's emissions trading scheme for INEOS Grangemouth businesses.
  2. Collate, analyze, and submit INEOS O&P UK's environmental and wider sustainability data for use in wider INEOS Group sustainability reporting as well as Scottish Pollutant Release Inventory submissions.
  3. Possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relevant relationships and networks.
  4. Have experience in reviewing and summarizing key aspects of legal and governmental documents, particularly UK and Scottish government legislation.
