Job Role

This position is part of the Cell Engineering team within EnerSys Delaware Inc., responsible for processing Li-ion cells for space industry applications.

We are looking for a skilled technician to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative energy solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Process and inspect Li-ion cells for quality and performance.
  • Conduct electrical screening and visual inspections of new cell batches.
  • Prepare cells for project build, including selection, wrapping, charging, and laying out cells ready for manufacturing.
  • Maintain Cell Processing areas and support vibration testing at cell level.
Requirements
  • No specific qualifications required, but good level of literacy and numeracy necessary.
  • Basic skills with MS Office / Office 365 suite of programmes.
  • Practical engineering experience and basic use of hand tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical test equipment.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $95,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
