Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics in NIHE properties.
  • Conduct health and safety testing of equipment.
  • Work independently to diagnose and repair electrical faults.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a time-served or skills electrical apprenticeship.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Environment: You will work at various locations across Northern Ireland, including NIHE depots and housing estates. The role involves working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality electrical maintenance services to our customers.

Salary and Benefits: £30,296 - £33,945 per annum, plus call-out payments and a standby allowance.
